Hi, I’m Eric Awudi Okyere, a Software Engineer with over 5 years of experience in **software development, cloud computing, and application support engineering**. I hold a **BSc. in Computer Engineering** from **Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST)**.
Currently, I work at Nalo Solutions, where I take on multiple roles, including **Frontend Engineer, Backend Engineer, Mobile Developer, and Application Support Engineer**. I work closely with cross-functional teams in an **Agile environment**, developing and maintaining applications, troubleshooting critical issues, and optimizing system performance.
My expertise spans **fullstack development, cloud computing, DevOps, and system architecture**, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Adepam - Fashion School Management System
Adepam is a dedicated platform for fashion schools to streamline administrative tasks and operations. Schools can register and create accounts, manage students and teachers with full CRUD functionality, and efficiently handle inventory and procurement. The system enhances school organization, resource tracking, and workflow efficiency for fashion institutions.
USSD Application Backend
A powerful and scalable USSD backend supporting multiple applications across various industries. Developed solutions for school fee payments, airtime purchases, guided USSD navigation, and banking services for customer opt-in/out functionality. Built with high availability, security, and seamless database integration to ensure optimal performance for millions of users.
Server Monitoring Dashboard
Designed and developed a real-time server monitoring dashboard that provides deep insights into cloud and on-prem infrastructure. Features include live system metrics, performance analytics, alert notifications, and seamless data visualization. Built with an intuitive and responsive UI to ensure smooth operations for IT teams managing critical infrastructure.
Nalo SMS Portal
Contributed to the development of the initial version of a powerful SaaS-based bulk SMS platform designed for businesses and individuals. As part of the founding frontend team, I helped build a user-friendly interface that allows users to send, schedule, and track SMS campaigns with real-time delivery reports and analytics. The platform ensures seamless communication for enterprises, marketers, and personal messaging needs.
Ghana Investment Promotion Centre Website
Developed the initial version of the official GIPC website using WordPress. The platform provided investment insights, business registration tools, and economic data to attract local and international investors. Although the current state has evolved, the original version laid the foundation for an engaging and informative digital presence.
Subscription-Based Service Portal
Developed a dynamic portal that allows users to subscribe to personalized services, including good food tips, cooking tips, latest news, fashion advice, nearby food recommendations, and more. The platform offers an intuitive and responsive UI, seamless subscription management, and real-time content updates to keep users engaged with relevant information.
Walapi - VAS Monetization Engine
Developed Walapi, a powerful application engine that enables content providers to monetize their VAS products, including games, news updates, sports, and rich media. The platform automates customer billing through e-wallet (mobile money) transactions based on predefined pricing and subscription durations, ensuring seamless and secure payment processing.
Content Push Portal
Built a content management platform that enables admins to monitor their services, schedule content, and push updates to subscribed users. The system ensures efficient content delivery, automation, and audience engagement for businesses and service providers.
Smart Water Meter Monitoring System
As part of our university project, a team of three engineers—Eric Awudi Okyere, Quarm Sylvanus, and Ebenezer Azumah—developed a real-time water monitoring application. The system allows users to track their water consumption, detect leaks, and remotely shut off taps from anywhere. Originally designed for Ghana Water Company, this solution enhances water conservation by providing real-time insights and automated control for households and businesses.
Reimbursement Request Web App
Developed a secure web application that enables organization members to log in and request refunds or reimbursement of funds. The system streamlines financial approvals, allowing users to submit requests, track their status, and receive timely updates. Designed with efficiency and transparency in mind, this platform optimizes fund management within organizations.
